3 TYPES OF LIFE
We all navigate three types of lives—caged, comfortable, and charged.
The caged life keeps you confined, surrounded by barriers of fear & doubt. It’s where potential is stifled & dreams remain dreams.
The comfortable life offers security but stagnation. It’s the complacency that comes with predictability, where growth takes a backseat.
The charged life is where energy meets purpose. It’s vibrant, dynamic & full of opportunities! Here, challenges are embraced, & growth is constant.

IDENTIFYING THE LIVE YOU ARE LIVING
𝟭. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲
↳ You often ask yourself, “Will I survive?”
↳ Living caged either in the past or in expectations of others; as the imprisoned, obedient life.
↳ Identity trapped in a tight box of beliefs about what is possible for you.
𝟮. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲
↳ You often ask yourself, “Will I be accepted & succeed?”
↳ You feel a sense of satisfaction and confidence about who you are and where you’re going.
↳ Even though everything might be “fine,” there’s often an underlying feeling that there could be something more; life starts to feel stale.
𝟯. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲
↳ You ask yourself, “Am I living my truth? Am I living an inspired life?”
↳ One filled with heightened levels of energy, passion, and engagement.
↳ You are fully engaged with activities that push you beyond your comfort zone, leading to a sense of flow and fulfillment.
Truth is we have all lived each of these types.
The key is challenging yourself to aspire for a charged life.
HOW TO BUILD A CHARGED LIFE
Here are few strategies on how to build a charged life:
𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆:
→ Define what you want and why it matters.
→ Spend time reflecting on your goals and values to gain a clear vision of your future.
𝟮. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆:
→ Focus on your physical and mental health. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and sufficient rest are crucial.
→ Cultivate positive emotions and maintain a high level of enthusiasm.
𝟯. 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆:
→ Increase your sense of urgency and importance for your goals.
→ Connect your ambitions to a deeper purpose or a higher cause to stay motivated.
𝟰. 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆:
→ Prioritize tasks that align with your goals.
→ Use time management techniques and take regular breaks to maintain high levels of productivity and creativity.
𝟱. 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
→ Build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
→ Seek feedback and be open to learning from others to enhance your influence and impact.
𝟲. 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲:
→ Embrace discomfort and uncertainty as opportunities for growth.
→ Each step outside your comfort zone builds confidence and resilience.
