They play it safe & donโt take risks.
They are fearful of the change, the disruption.
They are afraid to fall short of whatโs expected of them.

These limiting beliefs keep many women stuck in the same place for 10-15 years. They hinder progress & prevent women from realizing their true capabilities.

What Iโve noticed when working with successful women is that they show up differently than most despite their limiting beliefs. And yes, they do have limiting beliefs but embrace the fact that they are much more than those beliefs.
