Being a high achiever isn't the same as being a high performer. Here's how to tell the difference:

𝟭. 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
Focus on winning short-term goals at any cost stems from:

- Immediate gratification

- Pressure to meet deadlines

- Lack of long-term vision

𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰:
→ Set clear long-term goals, then break them up into small manageable milestones & prioritize.
→ Make conscious decisions that balance immediate needs with future benefits & reflect regularly.
