WHERE TO START

Have you tried the Eisenhower Decision Matrix yet? If not, give it a go this week. Trust me, it will be worth it!

I am sharing 4 must try frameworks for time management & to increase productivity. I use all 4, however, Eisenhower Matrix & Time Blocking are my go to!

So how to effectively Time Block?

  • Carve out time slots for different activities.

  • Make a task list and highlight any repetitive tasks that you can automate.

  • Estimate time you need to dedicate to each task.

  • Start allocating/ scheduling with activities that matter the most to you e.g., exercising, going for a walk, spending time with loved ones.

  • And donโ€™t forget to set time aside for activities that bring your joy & for emergencies. We all know life is not perfect!
